WHAT ARE WALL STICKERS?
Wall stickers, which are also known as wall decals, wall tattoos, wall transfers or wall art are applied to a range of surfaces for decorative purposes.

Our wall stickers are made from a wide range of highly adhesive matt vinyl materials. The material’s properties result in a finish that gives the impression that the design has been painted onto the wall itself.

Yes we do! In fact we can produce almost anything that you can imagine. We have a highly skilled in-house team that includes graphic designers, artworkers and production crew.

WHERE CAN I APPLY WALL STICKERS?
Our wall stickers can be applied to any flat and smooth surface including painted and wallpapered walls, tiles, plaster, smooth concrete, wood, metals, plastic and glass. We also have materials that can be applied on to textured surfaces, check the additional notes for each product and see where they can be applied. CAN I APPLY WALL STICKERS IN A BATHROOM?
Yes, but exposure to moisture can shorten the overall life expectancy of the adhesive. Ensure that you apply the graphic on to a clean and dry flat non-porous surface and generally speaking they will remain adhered for as long as you want them.

HOW EASY ARE THEY TO INSTALL?
Every effort has been made to make the installation process of all our products as easy as possible. We have video tutorials and a team ready to answer any questions you may have.

CAN I CLEAN MY WALL STICKERS?
Our wall stickers can be wiped clean using a baby wipe or lightly damp cloth. However we do not recommend aggressive rubbing or the use of cleaning chemicals, as this may cause damage.

DO I NEED TO WAIT AFTER PAINTING?
We recommend that you wait 2-4 weeks between painting and applying your wall sticker. Even though the wall may feel dry to the touch, the paint will not fully cure (achieve its full strength) and early application can cause the wall sticker to peel and remove paint.

CAN THE WALL STICKERS BE REMOVED?
Most of our products are completely removable and leave no mess behind, If you have requested a special custom order some products may need some help by heating with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive.

WILL WALL STICKER DAMAGE MY WALLS?
All our products available through our website are made from industry recognised removable material, however we can not guarantee that damage wont be caused due to the vast amount of variables that are out of our control. We recommend you test the material on your wall before applying the whole graphic. In addition, please check our Terms and Conditions.

ARE WALL STICKERS RE-POSITIONABLE?
Normally yes and this information will be stated on each product, Repositionable materials are also available for custom orders.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship our unique wall stickers to anywhere in the world using approved postal services. We also offer express shipping options if you need your item sooner (production times apply).

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURN AROUND?
Wallderful aims to complete and have the projects in the post within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated by a member of our team. The 7 working day period for custom orders begins only when the client has approved final artwork (if needed), Delivery time is in addition to the average production turnaround and this must be considered before placing an order.

HOW ARE THE WALL STICKERS PACKAGED?
Our wall stickers are sent from our studio rolled up and securely wrapped within reinforced postal tubes or boxes to avoid damage during delivery. Please note that our postal tubes and boxes are not able to fit through a letterbox and will need someone to be home to receive your order.

CAN I RETURN THE WALL STICKER FOR A REFUND?
Wallderful offers a 30 day returns policy that commences on the date an order is placed. If you wish to make a return after the 30 days we will not be able to offer a refund, however exchanges and credit notes are available at the discretion of the Wallderful team. To be eligible you must provide us with a full reason for the return and the item itself must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
